FAQs
What is trauma-informed coaching?
1
Trauma-informed coaching is a partnership that honors how past experiences — especially childhood trauma — shape our present patterns, nervous systems, and sense of self. Rather than giving advice, I listen deeply and ask questions that support your own insight, in a space of safety and compassionate co-regulation.
What is psychedelic integration?
2
Psychedelic integration is the process of making meaning from a psychedelic or holotropic experience and weaving its insights into daily life. I support integration through the ethics and framework of the Grof® Psychedelic Training program. I do not provide or recommend any substances.
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
3
Therapy diagnoses and treats mental health conditions; coaching is a forward-focused, non-clinical partnership supporting growth and self-discovery. I follow International Coaching Federation guidelines and will encourage working with a licensed therapist whenever clinical care is the right fit.
What is somatic experiencing?
4
Somatic Experiencing® is a body-based approach to resolving stress and trauma held in the nervous system. As a Somatic Experiencing student, I bring a somatic lens to our sessions — gently including the body's sensations and signals in your healing.
How much do sessions cost?
5
Sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $40–$100, for 30–50 minutes, based on what feels sustainable for you. If the sliding scale feels challenging, please reach out — healing shouldn't be limited by financial circumstance.
I'm based in Corvallis, Oregon, in the Willamette Valley. All sessions are virtual, so I work with clients throughout Oregon — Corvallis, Albany, Salem, Eugene, Portland — and anywhere else.
Yes. Oregon's licensed psilocybin services program (Measure 109) has made supported psilocybin experiences legal at licensed service centers. I offer preparation and integration coaching around these experiences, informed by my Grof® Psychedelic Training. I do not provide or administer psilocybin.
